このたび、熊本のライダーズウェアブランド G RIDE が手がけるクラウドファンディングプロジェクト「岡山デニム×縫製歴50年の職人が作る、快適ライドを約束するデニム」に、縫製パートナーとして参加いたしました。

About G RIDE

G RIDE は2016年、「ヴィンテージモトクロスを楽しむライダーに似合うウェア」を追求するところから生まれたブランドです。現在は熊本を拠点とし、スタイルやジャンルを問わず「大人のライダー」が日常からツーリングまで着られる本格的なライダーズウェアを展開しています。

Founded in 2016, G RIDE began with a mission to create apparel suited for vintage motocross riders. Now based in Kumamoto, the brand designs premium riding wear for adult motorcyclists — clothes that move seamlessly from everyday life to the open road.

私たちが担った「縫製」

Our Role: Crafting Every Stitch

辻本商会（TUJIMOTO DENIM FACTORY）は、秋田県能代市で 創業50年以上 の歴史を持つ縫製工場です。今回のプロジェクトでは、岡山で生産されたデニム生地を私たちのアトリエへ迎え入れ、一本ずつ丁寧に縫い上げました。

ライダーズパンツに求められる強度と柔軟性を両立させるため、膝パッド取り付け部の縫い代処理、ダブルフックのポジションニング、立体的なバックヨークの縫製など、機能を損なわず美しく仕上げるための技術を随所に投入しています。

At our atelier in Noshiro, Akita — with over 50 years of craftsmanship — we received the Okayama-woven denim and hand-stitched each pair with precision. From the knee pad attachment seams to the double-hook placement and the 3D back yoke construction, every detail was sewn to meet both the functional demands of riding and the aesthetic standards of our craft.
