製作期間について / Production Time

当店商品はすべてカスタムオーダー（受注生産）です。ご注文確認後、通常4〜8週間で発送いたします。混雑状況 により前後する場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
All items are made to order. After order confirmation, please allow approximately 4–8 weeks for production and dispatch. This timeframe may vary depending on current order volume.

配送方法・送料 / Shipping Methods & Fees

配送料はチェックアウト時に自動計算されます。配送業者・送料は発送先によって異なります。
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Carrier and fees vary depending on the destination.

国内配送 / Domestic Shipping (Japan)

ヤマト運輸または日本郵便にて発送いたします。発送後、追跡番号をメールにてお知らせします。
Shipped via Yamato Transport or Japan Post. A tracking number will be sent by email upon dispatch.

海外配送 / International Shipping

世界各国への発送に対応しています。国際配送には通常7〜21営業日かかります（国・地域により異なります）。
We ship worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination.

関税・輸入税について：お届け先の国・地域によっては、関税・輸入税・手数料が発生する場合があります。これ らの費用はお客様のご負担となります。
Customs & Import Duties: Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

発送通知 / Shipping Notification

商品の発送時にご登録のメールアドレスへ発送完了メールをお送りします。追跡番号が記載されますので、配送状況のご確認にお役立 てください。
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched.

配送上の問題 / Shipping Issues

紛失・破損があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせください。
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date.
