本ストアをご利用いただく前に、以下の利用規約をよくお読みください。ご注文をいただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなし ます。

商品について / Products

当店の商品はすべてカスタムオーダー（受注生産）です。ご注文確認後に製作を開始いたします。商品の色・風合いは画面の表示環境 により実物と異なる場合があります。
All products are custom-made to order. Production begins after order confirmation. Colors and textures may appear differently on screen compared to the actual product.

価格について / Pricing

表示価格はすべて税込です。送料は別途かかります。価格は予告なく変更される場合があります。
All prices are inclusive of tax. Shipping fees are charged separately. Prices are subject to change without notice.

支払いについて / Payment

ご利用いただける決済方法はチェックアウト画面にてご確認ください。ご注文確定後に決済が処理されます。
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed upon order confirmation.

知的財産権 / Intellectual Property

本サイト上のすべてのコンテンツ（文章・画像・デザイン等）は当店に帰属します。無断転載・複製を禁じます。

当店は、商品の使用により生じた損害について、法律上の責任を負う場合を除き、一切の責任を負いかねます。
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products, except as required by law.

準拠法・管轄裁判所 / Governing Law

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争は、秋田地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Akita District Court as the court of first instance.
