受注生産について / Made-to-Order Policy

当店の商品はすべてご注文を受けてから製作するカスタムオーダー品（受注生産）です。
お客様のご要望に合わせて一点一点職人が手がけるため、お客様都合によるキャンセル・返品・返金はお受けできません。ご注文前に仕様・サイズをよくご確認ください。

All products are custom-made to order. As each item is individually crafted to your specifications, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to customer preference. Please review all options and sizing carefully before placing your order.

不良品・制作ミスの場合 / Defects & Production Errors

商品到着後7日以内に、以下の場合に限り交換・返金対応いたします。

• 商品に製造上の欠陥がある場合
• ご注文内容と異なる仕様・サイズで製作された場合

上記に該当する場合は、商品到着後7日以内に下記連絡先までご連絡ください。写真をお送りいただく場合があります。

We accept exchanges or refunds within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• The item has a manufacturing defect.
• The item was made with different specifications or sizing than what was ordered.

If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide photos.

返品送料 / Return Shipping

不良品・制作ミスによる返品の送料は当店が負担いたします。お客様都合による返品の場合は送料をご負担いただきます。
Return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly made items will be covered by us. Shipping costs for customer-initiated returns are the responsibility of the customer.
