TSUJIMOTO DENIM FACTORY is a denim sewing factory in Noshiro, Akita, Japan. We welcome international OEM denim production inquiries from overseas brands, companies, shops and designers.
これまでに、海外ブランド向けの生産実績もあります。ジーンズ、デニムジャケット、シャツなど、仕様・数量・納期によって対応可否を確認しながら、プロジェクトごとに丁寧に進めています。

What We May Be Able to Produce
OEM製造では、ブランドの商品企画に合わせて、素材、仕様、パターン、縫製方法、数量、納期を確認します。現在オンラインで販売しているセミオーダージーンズは501系クラシックストレートをベースにした商品ですが、OEMでは別仕様・別シルエットのジーンズ製造についてもご相談いただけます。
For OEM production, we review the materials, specifications, pattern, sewing details, quantity and timeline for each project. Our online semi-custom jeans are based on a 501-style classic straight fit, but OEM inquiries can cover different specifications, silhouettes and denim product types depending on the project.

Important Notes for First-Time Overseas Orders
初回の海外取引では、基本的に前払いをお願いしています。また、本生産の前にサンプルを作成し、仕様や仕上がりをご確認いただきます。サンプル作成は有料です。費用は仕様、素材、加工内容などによって異なるため、作成前にご案内します。サンプル代や本生産代金など、基本的なお支払いはこのオンラインショップ（Shopify）を通じて行います。進行前に、注文内容、金額、支払者情報、責任者・連絡担当者を書面で確認させていただきます。
For first-time overseas orders, payment is generally required in advance. We also produce a sample so you can review the specifications and finished product before full production. Sample production is a paid service. The cost depends on the specifications, materials and finishing details, and will be provided before sample production begins. Payments, including sample and full production fees, are generally processed through this online store (Shopify). OEM production requirements vary greatly depending on specifications and quantity. Product photos alone may not be enough to confirm sewing details, materials, finishing, cost or timeline. If possible, please send spec sheets, sample photos, measurements, material information and reference products.
